WHERE IS MY ORDER?

The ebooks and audiobooks are delivered by email through my distributor, Bookfunnel. The email will be sent to you as soon as the purchase has been completed. Please note that the ebooks and audiobooks will be sent to the email address that was used to make the purchase. 

If you can't find your email, check your spam folder, as it might've gone there. 

You can always go to www.bookfunnel.com/help HERE and use your email address to access your books or audiobooks. 

CAN I READ ON MY EREADER? 

Yes, you certainly can. BookFunnel gives you the ability to send the books to your preferred ereader or you can download the Bookfunnel app onto your device and see all of your purchases in one location. 

Downloading your ebooks and audiobooks is an easy process with detailed instructions. However, if you have any issues, you can send an email to help@bookfunnel.com. They will gladly walk you through every step of the process. 

HOW CAN I DOWNLOAD THE BOOKFUNNEL APP?

Go to this LINK or type in https://getbookfunnel.com/

The app is available for Amazon Kindle, Android, and Apple devices. Also, you can read your ebooks in a web browser. 

CAN I RETURN DIGITAL PRODUCTS?

The great thing about ordering a digital product is that as soon as you purchase them, they're delivered to you. I don't have any way of getting them back so am therefore unable to offer a refund. However, I will make every effort to ensure that you're happy with your purchase. For isolated events such as a duplicate purchase or accidentally ordering an audiobook when you thought it was an ebook, reach out to me, and I'll do everything I can to help.
